Here are some noteworthy pieces from Clara's third month on the outside:
Clara definitely thinks her bassinet is overrated and would rather catnap in someone's arms and snuggle up in Mom and Dad's bed at night. I can't blame her though.
And, given the option, Clara would prefer to sleep with a blankie on her face.
Went to the pool for the first time to go swimming with the family. It went so well that we've taken her swimming two more times since!
She's gained one pound in the last month and is now 16lbs. Her wardrobe consists of 6-12m clothing.
Delilah often gets Clara out of bed and dressed for the day in the mornings. Delilah and William both love to pick outfits for Clara to wear.
We went for a follow up appointment at the hospital for the pediatrician to study Clara's noisy exhale again. Thankfully he deemed it nothing worrisome and we don't have to go back again.
Clara is already into the scritchy scratchies, scratching her face, me, her stuffies, or anything within hands' reach. The carpet works well too, as seen here.
She's always putting things in her mouth to gnaw on, it doesn't seem like she's teething though, just finds it a worthwhile pastime.
She has learned how to push her feet into the ground and slide herself upwards. This results in getting herself stuck with her head pushed up against the couch, her swing, and the sides of her bassinet.
She always wants to see what's going on and will crank her head all the way around as far as she can to see whatever it is she thinks she's missing out on.
She always has a big smile for Daddy and often gets so excited by him that she shyly turns away to process the over stimulation.
Delilah makes her laugh the most, but she finds her brothers very funny too.
We love our Little Miss so much!
It feels like she's been a part of our family forever already.
