WWW: Throwing Rocks and Shooting Guns

Wednesday:

We went to the river for a pizza picnic on Wednesday night. 

There are so many different parks all along the rivers in PG and it's been fun to check them out. 

After dinner we thought the kids would want to play at the playground, but no, they were all dying to get down to the river to throw rocks in. 

Lots of fun trying to hit trees and logs floating by

And Clara enjoyed a fine buffet of rocks, which was rudely interrupted by her mother each time she attempted a sample. 

Thursday:

Will spotted the Northern lights dancing in the dark on Thursday evening. So neat to stand in the quiet of the night and watch them move across the sky. 

Friday:

These flowers bring me much joy to have blooming next to the front door!

Saturday:

Not only does she look like her momma as a baby, but she's got similar mannerisms too! Clara has always got her tongue out!

We were blessed by a neighbour with a bigger sized bike for Delilah! A step up in the biking world for her as this one has hand breaks and gears.

Once the snow was off the roads I was surprised to find both older kids had completely outgrown their bikes! I should have seen it coming as I knew they both were growing like weeds all winter long, but needing new bikes for those longer legs was not on my radar. 

Delilah has hers now and William's is coming next week. 

Saturday:

Delilah was off at a friends' house on Sunday so the boys took out William's BB gun for some fun

James was just happy to pull the trigger. Not too interested otherwise

Again with the tongue! 

Tuesday:

Delilah often asks for pictures taken with Clara. They don't all make it to the blog, but this one I thought was cute.
