Tuesday
packed up camp and started driving
Mom decided to take the long scenic way there
at first I greatly opposed this idea
but once we started I began wishing that we could stop every two minutes
out the window
the ocean just went on for miles and miles and miles
pretty much forever
the road was really windy (great for people who get carsick easily)
but very amazing
Wednesday:
the road went on for forever and we had to stop for the night along the way
the campground we went to wasn't the greatest,
the lady charged us per person and we were put in a RV site
and our neighbours just walked right through the site.
Me and Eth were playing cards and the little boy walked right up to the picnic table and stared at us
until I looked at him and said hi.
we also had blue jays there
that loved singing through all hours of the night
this looked way better in person
We finally actually stopped for pictures!!!
you can't really see it here
but after the rocks end, it's a steep drop into the ocean
Beautiful!!!
Note to all people:
Never give Nadia chocolate, she got it everywhere, including her toes
here we're driving over the Golden Gate Bridge
the fog was really, well foggy
and the bridge seemed to just disappear
it got really hot that day,
and we were all thankful to have air conditioning in the van.
we stopped for ice cream (which every one got sick from)
and decided to stay in a hotel that night so we wouldn't have to tent in the heat.
