Yesterday Mom made blueberry apricot jam.
I'm not sure how many jars she got, but we've got enough jam 'til next year now.
And today me and Mom canned apricots
We got seven jars of apricot and later this afternoon we'll make apple apricot sauce.
Salsa, beans, and peaces are also on our list of canned foods.
It's good that Zellers has all their canning supplies on sale!
