It did end up snowing last night and most of this morning, so school was cancelled.Yeah!!!! But then the power went out. Boo!!!!! So I couldn't do any thing. I began to realize how much the oven, washing machine, computer, even the radio and vacuum cleaner are a big part of my life. I couldn't bake, do laundry, housework, sew or even do my homework. I often found myself flipping the light switch, and when it wouldn't turn on, I'd try again and then remember......"oh ya, there's no power :( " Thankfully we have a gas fireplace and the heat only went down to 17 degrees - so we lived. The power is back so now I've got no excuse to not get my essays done.......
