On Thursday evening we went to Ethan's grade 7 graduation.
While waiting for it to start, Dad put my hair on Madilyn's head.
Him and Mom seemed to get quite the kick out of it

Ethan and another class mate were chosen to be the valedictorians.
He came home on Wednesday afternoon with the speech that he and the rest of the class had written,
Mom quietly read it over and then looked up at him and said,
"Ethan, this is crap."
and it was.
but he worked on it for three hours that night and a bunch more the next day,
and in the end it was pretty good

Ethan graduated from William of Orange University
with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
majoring in Vehicular Safety Systems
and a minor in Chivalry
