There Is Apple Sauce Coming Out Of My Ears

We've had a Dwarf Apple tree in our back yard since we planted it three or four years ago. Since then it has barely yielded any fruit, and the apples that do grow are usually very bitter. But this year was different and we had huge masses of apples weighing down the branches of the poor little tree and caused once of the branches to snap. All the apples from that branch we picked and hauled into the house. I've so far made three batches of apple sauce, and there are still lots left to be cooked but I am getting slightly overwhelmed by the large amount of all of them so the apples are going to have to be left for another day.
