In a perfect world we'd like:
🏠3+ bedroom house OR suite (2bdr minimum)
🚗2 parking spaces (if there's a garage that's even better!)
🐱Cat friendly (they're both excellent mousers!)
🌄Yard space
👕In suite laundry
🌎Located in Langley or Abbotsford
Available sometime between nowish and September
Obviously able to compromise on some things as we do hope to line something up soon.
