Wednesday:
We met up with my mom and siblings for a walk
Saw a few little tree frogs

Nadia and Madilyn made sure Little William's eyes were protected from the sun!

Stylish!

That's the trouble with fresh cookies- they never last long!

Giving hugs

Delilah still asks to hold Little William.
Even though he's just about as big as she is!

Thursday:

When we left for our morning walk at 9am I was startled by the number of cars, handful of police cars, and ambulance that were at the end of the street. Poor Delilah wanted to say hi to the horses but the field is to the right at the end of the road and with so much abnormal traffic I wasn't sure if it'd be the best idea that morning. Instead we walked to the end of the sidewalk and on the way home I talked to a neighbour who had figured it out.
There was a drug bust was to take place a few blocks over - just up the gully by our old house if you know where that is. My guess at first was it was our old neighbours since they are deserving of a bust too.😝
Anyway, the cops set up camp at the end of our road to brief and hang out while they waited on warrants. The ghost cars would come and go throughout the day, and just as Will came home they were all leaving.
Brought a little bit of excitement to our day and I was glad that nothing was actually taking place so close to us.

Little William joins us at the table for our meals now!

On Thursday we had our first successful day of sleep-trained naps!

Will and I went on a date on Thursday evening to celebrate him getting a new job!
It's been a long time in the works (since October or so) and we are both excited to this new chapter in life. Hopefully I'll write more about it at some point in the future!

Friday:
We had some friends over on Friday night for dinner which was the perfect reason to have a fire and burn all a whack of classified documentation that's been piling up since the last fire.

Despite sleeping through the evenings without an issue, Little William knew there was a party happening and woke up to join in on the fun.

Saturday:
Check out the drool this child produces!

Sunday:
Waiting in the car after church selfie

Special glasses and mixing two desserts really makes things look fancier than they are.
But cookies and ice cream made for a delectable bedtime snack!

Monday:

Bubble beards

Uncle Matt

Tuesday:
I built Delilah a little friend who she had lots of fun adding to and taking apart!

And I built Little William something too!
A playgym - which didn't last very long - thanks to his sister!

She calls her smoothie "smooths"

Reading books to her baby
