Little William: 5 Months Old!

Little William turned five months old yesterday and I can say without a doubt that we have been loving each and every day that goes by!

It's been another great month of growing and developing for our kiddo.
We are so proud of him!

Last month I said Little William was showing no interest in food, which was true at the time, but in the last few weeks that has drastically changed! He is so eager to eat whatever we are eating and loves to grab at our plates, hands, and whatever else his little arms can reach at the table.
As far as trying new foods go he has only tried watermelon and cucumbers, but we plan to introduce more foods soon!

Little William went camping for the first time and he did so well adjusting to the tent life!
He even got to dip his toes into the lake.
Sadly he got lots of mosquito bites but thankfully they didn't seem to bother him one bit.

Some of Little William's favourite pass times as of now are:
Playing on the floor
Watching Delilah play
Sucking on whatever is within reach
Jumping up and down in the exersaucer
Giving such pure sleepy snuggles
Blowing drool bubbles
Getting stuck under furniture
Pulling Delilah's hair or pinching her
Having explosive poops
and Smiling whilst puke pours out of the corners of his mouth
🤣🤣

He graduated on to size 4 diapers.
It makes things a bit easier over here for Will and I because both kids now wear the same size diaper!

We took Little William to meet his 90 year-old great-great-grandma who he hasn't been able to see yet with all the COVID restrictions and whatnot. But she was having a drive-by birthday party and we felt it would be special to see her.

I cannot even begin to count how many times Will and I have said to each other something along the lines of, "Awwe, I can't believe we were blessed with such a precious little kiddo!"

Little William has been such a blessing to our family ever since we've known him and we are continually excited to see what each new days brings for him.

He's still napping at 10am and 2pm and our nights are going better, but there's still room for improvement.
*wink wink* Did you hear that, Little William?!? *wink wink*

Delilah loves coming to wake up her brother from his naps, and just loves playing with him in general.
They get along very well, even though she needs to learn how to share a bit better.
Dee calls William, "Buddy," which we think is sooo cute.

Little William uses the rolling and rotating technique to travel around a room.
He's almost a pro at scooting backwards, but can only move forward slowly.

Fun Fact: I took 104 photos of Little William for this blog post, narrowed it down to 22 pictures, and then down to these twelve that you see here.
