WWW - Lots of Rainboot Pictures

Thursday:
Wednesday was a stat holiday for Remembrance Day, and it totally threw off my concept of what day it was...

We've been having a whole lot of rain these last few days - no complaints from Delilah as that means she gets to splash in lots of puddles!

This was a common view for me while I tried exercising when Delilah was younger. Little William has thankfully been (mostly) more interested in playing than joining me on my mat.

Friday:
Sticks, rocks, and water.
What more could a 2yro need?

Fun fact: These rainboots that you see Dee sporting more often than not are technically for Little William. I got them in a lot of boy shoes back when I was still pregnant with him but Delilah claimed them for her own (along with those green crocs you might remember seeing in the summer).

Saturday:
"Mom! Help! I stuck!"

Oh boy oh boy, kid....

We've got several drool bibs that I haven't really used with Little William because he hasn't been drooly. Delilah found a box of them on Saturday and insisted that Little William wear one. I thought he looked so handsome with it on! I might just dress him with a bib more often!

We had Auntie Esther Saturday afternoon and she tired Delilah right out!

With how our crazy timeline worked for Saturday evening we ended up eating pizza for dinner at the church before doing our normal janitorial duties.
This isn't the first time we've had a meal here, and I'm sure it won't be the last!

Sunday:
Between church services on Sunday Delilah kept us very entertained with her antics.
She's got these balloons left over from her birthday party and she kept running into the bathroom with them one by one. And then collected a blanket, and several measuring spoons. A minute or so later she came out, closed the door, and said, "Shhhh, boon's seeping."
I went in and saw this 🤣🤣

Sweet Shelbs showing us how good she is at sitting.

Monday:
Dee learned this trick from her aunts and uncles!
Thankfully she was content to sit there and didn't ask me to pull her around in the laundry hamper like my siblings do for her!

Our landlord's cows and lama

We baked brownies on Monday afternoon. Delilah loves getting to lick the spoons!

It was quite the messy event for her!

We have a rule that no shoes are allowed on the carpet.
Here lies Delilah, testing the limits of said rule.

This was the first time she's fallen asleep at dinner! Will and I thought it was so cute!

So this was around 6:00, and we moved her into bed hoping that she'd sleep the rest of the night. We were going out this evening and it was perfect that she was sleeping already. But at 6:45 she woke up from a wonderful powernap and didn't go back to sleep UNTIL 11:00PM!!!!!
Poor Uncle Matt didn't get much homework done while babysitting... Sorry 😕

    1. It must be the blue eyes and dimples!
Little William's face shape is much closer to Greg's from that show. 🤣🤣
