"Hey Google, how do you babyproof the outdoors?"

Ever since he was born Little William has enjoyed being outside with Delilah and watching her as she played. Now that he is walking I have finally let him play free-range outside. We have pebbly-rubber decking that isn't comfortable to have bare skin on (his hands if he's crawling) and our parking lot is all gravel - also not great for crawling on. So when he goes outside it's always been in the exersaucer or stroller.
Until last week.

As fun as it is for him and Dee, it's also brought about a whole new set of challenges for me.
Grabbing at raspberry stalks, throwing things down to the parking lot, and eating dirt, rocks, leaves, really anything that fits in his mouth, are all things that keep Little William busy while outside.

But he so loves getting to be outside just like his big sister

And they'll both ask to go outside all the time now. So much fun for them and gives me a chance to have a quiet moment inside.
