I've never bought organic dried apricots before and have only had the normal orange ones.
I was expecting this bag to be the same but when I opened the bag and took one out it was a purpley-brown!

Google tells me it is totally normal for organic dried apricots and the orange ones are full of preservatives to keep them looking pretty.
And they taste fine.
The colour just totally caught me off guard! 😅
look a bit like prunes!!
