Wednesday:
On our walk on Wednesday morning we saw our neighbouring family of 5 deer. It was so exciting for the kids (and me too 😉) to get so close to them.
Will bought new shocks for our truck and the kids and Bobo helped him unbox the package.
Thursday:

Celebrating Matt's 17th birthday
Nadia baked this four layer cake and filled it with candy and sprinkles.
Between the ten of us who ate cake we didn't even finish half of it!
Thursday night it was pouring rain at the back of our house and dry in the front. But there was sun pouring through the trees at the back, and dark clouds in the front.
Funky weather.
Which made for a beautiful rainbow!
It was a double full rainbow, but I only caught a picture of this sliver.
Friday:
Little William had his first trampoline experience and he found his favourite spot was lying over the edge and riding the waves of everyone else jumping.

Saturday:
William is beginning to understand how to work this wooden puzzle. It's so fascinating watching him as he tries to process fitting the shapes into their cutouts.
Monday:
On Monday afternoon there was an owl sitting on the fence post but it flew off when Delilah and I tried to get close to it. So we went adventuring into the bush after it trying to find its nest. Delilah spotted several different spots where she was certain he was.
And she wanted me to take pictures of them too 😄

Little William has figured out how to climb up our babygate. He can't yet safety get to the other side, but he can unsafely vault over.
What a determined kid!
We're so thankful for where we live and the good company we can share it with!
