Two weeks ago my dear friend Veronica married the guy she had a crush on throughout high school.
The day before their wedding there was ash from the wildfires whirling and twirling through the air and it was so hot! We were all a little worried about how the following day's wedding would go. But it was just about perfect! The smoke had almost cleared completely, asides from a thin haze along the horizon, and with some shade and battery powered fans we stayed cool enough.
They had their wedding photos taken by Alanna Danae Photography (the same photographer we had for our wedding) and we're all anxiously waiting to see the finished photos.

With photos and the ceremony behind us, it was time to sit back and relax for the reception.
