Weekly Wednesday Wupdate: Season 3 Episode 41

Wednesday:
Aren't these two just adorable together?

Thursday:

On Thursday Delilah came across this reflective vest and wanted so badly to wear it. I told her it was for wearing outside in the dark, so once William was in bed that evening she asked me if she could wear the 'worker vest' and go downstairs with Daddy.

18 and a half weeks. Almost halfway there!
Baby is kicking up a storm and I can see and feel the kicks on the outside now too. Sneaky kiddo hasn't let Will feel any kicks quite yet though.

Friday:
Saying hi to our friend the pony

We were smart and packed a towel along to the playground that morning so we could dry off the swing and slides before getting wet bums.
Though it wasn't until I went down a slide with William and got soaked that I remembered we had brought the towel. 😆

Delilah was feeling brave enough to go down the biggest slide all by herself! A first for her.

And while I was cheering Delilah on, William saw the opportunity to climb up this ladder all by himself too. Except I'm not quite ready for him to do be doing that just yet.

We enjoyed our own little Thanksgiving dinner at home on Friday night.
We had grouse for the first time and are looking forward to more in the future.

For dessert I made double crusted apple-strawberry crisp with apples and strawberries that we've picked ourselves.

Saturday:
Will had a meeting on Saturday morning so he scooted separately to the church for janitorial work once that was finished. And naturally when there's a scooter there must be scooter rides during snack break.

On Saturday evening we had our Faber Thanksgiving meal. There was this colouring table set up which nicely kept our kids very busy at.

Sunday:

Monday:
While we were outside on Monday afternoon Delilah tried to show Bobo the flower that she picked. He much preferred to roll around and scratch his back in the gravel.

Tuesday:
Tuesday evening after dinner Will and the kids were playing around the house and ended up sitting by the front door reading books. We have heated floors and the entry way doesn't have any heat. They also didn't have the light on. It all seemed quite impractical to me, but also cute to see them sitting together.
