WWW: Season 4, Episode 17

Thursday:

I was putting laundry away in the bedroom on Thursday morning when Delilah came and excitedly said, "Come look, Mom! There's a D on the fridge!"

Well, she had written a pretty good looking D and was rather disappointed that I asked her to erase it so quickly. 

One of his siblings stuck this kitty in with James while we were getting ready to head out

She's always wanting her picture taken with James. 💕

Delilah gets thrilled over-the-moon when Will offers to take her into a store with him. 

Friday:

I filled some party balloons with a little bit of water for the kids to play with on Friday. They had great fun slinging the balloons around, especially when Delilah's sprung a leak and she got to spray the little water stream around. William got bored of his and tossed it over the side of the railing. 🙄

Wrestling is a common pass time for Will and William. 

Saturday:

At the church William loves to help carry out the garbage but on Saturday afternoon he ran away with it! If you know William I'm sure you can imagine the grin he's got on his face and the mischievous giggle coming from said grin as he was running down the speedbump.

Will propped him up on this chair to keep William out of trouble, and he thought it was pretty special. Win-win!

Sunday:

William figured out (sorta) how to drive Opa's little jeep. He can't steer yet, but knows how to accelerate. Delilah is still too cautious to do anything asides from giving directions or shifting from forwards to reverse. 

Monday:

We had two weeks of enjoying our colourful window but decided to wash it off. The kids were very helpful with that and it kept them busy for a while. 

We whipped up some bubble foam on Monday afternoon

The kids used it to make snow and wash their camp chairs. I love their imaginations! 

I took James along with me to go grocery shopping on Monday evening while Will put the kids to bed. Or so I thought...

When I came home Delilah was swinging on the front door and our conversation went something like this:

Me: Hey Delilah

D: Hi, I sneaked out of bed *giggle giggle*

Me: You sneaked out of bed! Where's Daddy?" 

D: He's been sleeping a long time

Me (in laughing in disbelief) : What? 😆

D: Yeah, I kept checking for you to come home but you weren't there. Then I heard the truck and I checked and you are home! 

Me: Oh girly, you are trouble. Shouldn't you have stayed in bed?

D: Yep! Can we put groceries away? I'm not at all tired. 

What a kiddo... 😂😂

Tuesday:

Bibs are such a cute accessory! 

On Tuesday evening Delilah slipped on a toy and fell forward onto a toy basket, getting the corner right on her eye. Thankfully she just had a scratch and it didn't tear while swelling so we saved ourselves a hospital trip, but the poor girl has developed quite the black eye by now. 😯
