This past Saturday it snowed overnight from about 4pm to 6am.
Our church cancelled its morning service as there wasn't enough time for them to have the parking lot plowed and the road the church is down wasn't in good driving conditions yet either.
We enjoyed a bit of a more relaxed Sunday morning and even fit in some time to play in the snow before we watched our neighbouring church's online service. Our large van does horribly in the snow or else we would have gone there in person.
I timed myself getting all four of us ready to get out in the snow (Will was enjoying a calm and quiet coffee inside) and took twenty-one minutes. That's why it's way easier for me to just send the bigger kids out and stay inside with James.
But all that time is so worth it as I think he looks so adorable sitting there all bundled up.
Delilah and William are always eager to get out into the fresh snow to eat it all. 😆
Teaching James their ways
After stubbornly trying to walk in the snow, James gave up and tried crawling. Which to his frustration also proved to be an unsuccessful endeavor.
