Weekly Wednesday Wupdate: A Dog and A Cat

Wednesday:
James loves using the mini vacuum. Unfortunately he often gets in my way as he tries to vacuum along side me.

I'm in love with all the beautiful dandelion bouquets that the kids bring home

Thursday:
I forget what they were up to in this photo, but I was washing dishes and saw over the counter the three of them sitting together talking about and playing so well with whatever was in the middle of them.

With gardening season upon us, William and his neighbour friend can most often be found walking around our property with worms in hand, in a bucket, or even their coat pockets. 😶

Saturday:
There was this dead bouquet of flowers on a table in a corner of the church on Saturday when we were cleaning and the colours caught my eye

Sunday:
Sunday morning snuggles

On our way to church on Sunday afternoon we spotted what looked like a car accident up a head on the road. There weren't any emergency vehicles there yet and since Will has first aid he is obligated to stop at any scene. So we slowed to assess the situation and see if there was anyone in need. Well, Will hardly even had the van parked before he jumped out and ran to help a man who had biked into traffic and got hit by a car!

Once I saw the man was moving and thankfully not dead, I let the kids get out of their car seats and watch the unfolding events. The fire truck parked right next to us and the police car and ambulances rolling in was very exciting too. Delilah accidentally leaned on our van horn which was humorous. And we ended up being only five minutes late for church.

James climbed right on Shelby's back and she was completely unbothered by it.

Tuesday:
Building with Jonah

William and Mozzy were sitting on the couch together like this. And for once Mozzy didn't look like he was dreading every moment of it! hahaha

I am so grateful for all the sunshine we've been having!

James fell asleep like this on Tuesday night. Very adorable, but I had such a tricky time getting his little legs back through the rails and into a much more comfortable sleeping position!
