Yesterday morning we went leaf collecting.
Delilah carefully inspected each leaf to check for insects or dirt
And William freely tossed his into a bag without much thought as to its condition

First we experimented with some leaf rubbings
It was fun to watch the prints develop
I found this baby sized leaf and of course wanted to keep it for its adorableness, Delilah quickly agreed with me.
After the leaf rubbing got old we each placed a few leaves on wax paper to make leaf pressings.
They don't look like much on their own...
...but up in the window they are beautiful!
