Weekly Wednesday Wupdate: Balloons and Bread

Wednesday:
I put several sweaters in an extra produce box and slid it under our bed thinking that it was an ingenious storage idea. Well it is, and Mozzy agrees. 😆

Leftover birthday balloons in the crib

At one point there were four children and 19 balloons - Full of fun!

Checking to see if there's anything interesting going on

I really struggle with this corner. It looks so junky all the time with different pots, pails, containers, a tire, and all sorts of other 'junk'. But the kids absolutely LOVE it. They're always building castles, cooking food, or going camping. So we leave it looking messy because they thrive over there.

Story time snuggles

Fresh bread to pair with dinner

Thursday:
A sneaky hiding spot
James has his one his face in pure excitement for hiding with William

Friday:
The ice and frost hasn't stopped the kiddos from playing outside.
Again, our patio looks kinda crazy with all the torn up cardboard, but they play with these cardboard pieces for weeks. The cardboard becomes whatever they need it to be. In this photo you can see the pile of boxes that became a trampoline

In the ER waiting room with this kiddo who was caught eating water beads...

He loved all the attention and brought a lot of joy to everyone around him which was fun to see. His bed was right next to the nurses station and he made great friends with the girls who were working on the other side of the counter.

He handled all his monitoring really well and the light on his toe was his least favourite part. So we really can't complain, he did great. Asides, of course, from eating the water beads in the first place.
We were told they weren't restricting anything and we were good to head home.

For all the worry he caused he sure was adorable through it all.

Another evening at the burn pile

Delilah and William love peeling garlic for me. They were so cute sitting side by side and just chatting away the whole time

Saturday:
Delilah helped make buns for Saturday's dinner

Her and William shaped all the buns which was just the sweetest. Delilah even made that front centre one the biggest just for her daddy.

Sunday:
Oma took out this fun puppet on Sunday afternoon

James was a little unsure at first but warmed up to it

Monday:
I'm pretty sure James has been teething and he's been extra clingy. Will put the cranky baby on his back and made dinner so I could have a nap on Monday afternoon.

Tuesday:
Delilah with her 'best baby friend'

Biking to Grandma's house.
I was very excited to use Will's electric bike. Makes pulling 80 pounds of boys a whole lot easier.

I had covered the boys in the trailer with the windscreen but William kept peering out to see all the goings on
