Wednesday:
Baking my favourite muffins - Cranberry Apple!
Poor Delilah had been feeling sick and fell asleep at dinner on Wednesday evening
Thursday:
Very grateful for the dry days, even if they're chilly
I spotted a big buck in our garden on Thursday night. Mostly just munching on weeds as I don't have anything growing anymore
Friday:
Matt and Dad were replacing some windows together when we visited on Friday. It was fun to watch how well they worked together
Delilah painted several crosses on her paper
I'm not sure what William's is, but I see a slice of pizza
Friday evening we opened Christmas gifts with our own family.
Both excited with what they unwrapped
And then checking to see what the other opened
Will and I gave them trains. All three children have been loving them and it's neat to see what they come up with.
Sunday:
James keeps saying ''Pieces, pieces'' and ''Choo-choos!''
I've been surprised at how well he's figured out the track building
Receiving their last Christmas gift
Sunday was Ben's birthday!

Monday:
On New Year's Day we went for a walk/bike along the River in Matsqui.
It was gorgeous but very windy through all those country fields
So beautiful!
We took the kids out for dinner that night.
No good picture of Will smiling, but the kids were cute
