We picked up McDonald's for dinner on Friday afternoon and ate while driving to Vancouver to go see the home show

Our first stop was Grandpa's booth where the kids were spoiled with candy and balloons
At Milani's booth we spotted a truck that Will built. It's always fun when we randomly see the trucks out on the road, and this was pretty special too.
It brought me so much joy to have this view of our little crew

Before leaving we walked to the water to take in the beauty of the lights on the water.
The kids did so well considering we were in the van for 1.5hrs to get there and it was well past their bedtime. Will and I had agreed before that as long as we saw Dad's booth, Ethan's booth, and the yurt company that was there, then the night would be considered a success. So we powered through those things and then had lots of time to walk around to check out so many other exhibits and have fun as a family.
