Thursday:
So beautiful! A little chilly, but beautiful. This was in the morning and the sun came out at noon and that was even prettier with the sunshine on the snow covered trees.
Clara's second time at the pool!
I loves the water, and can tolerate being splashed in the face constantly by her siblings
Saturday:
We got our first real snowfall on Saturday.
Just a couple of inches but it stuck around, unlike the previous dustings we've gotten so far.
The kids were all pretty excited about it!
I even took Clara out in it for a bit in the afternoon. She was unsure about the wind in her face but thought it was fun how much attention the kids were all giving her about being outside.
Just can't help but smile when everyone else is smiling
Monday:
I've been telling the kids since March when we ended our Winnie the Pooh curriculum that we would begin our Beatrix Potter studies once it started to snow. So on Monday we dived into that. 22 weeks of curriculum should bring us to the end of April and hopefully that will be the end of the snow. Should work out well I hope!
Tuesday:
*Someone* decided not to bring the diaper bag to Bible Study on Tuesday night because taking just a diaper would be good enough. And *someone else* decided to explosively poop their pants and projectile puke within 15 seconds of each other requiring a full outfit change. Thankfully the church had a spare pair of pants, even if they were boys. So this is what Clara wound up looking like by the end of the evening. It gave everyone a good laugh and keeps me humble. You'd think that by the fourth child I'd know better, hey? 😆
