WWW: Sunshine and Storm Clouds

Wednesday:

Every morning at 8:13am a school bus comes down our road to pick up a group of kids. Of course this is an exciting thing for our kids to watch.

Delilah requested a group photo of all the siblings together

So beautiful!

Thursday:
I think Clara developed a new level of self awareness and has entered into a very clingy phase, needing to be as close as possible to Mom as much as possible. We're managing, but I don't mind having free hands either. ;P

Lunch on the doorstep all together

James did not finish his sandwich and left it on the floor inside (?) so naturally Clara found it from there and helped herself to a snack.

Delilah and Hazel spent the afternoon fashioning a fairy garden.

Friday:
The mosquitoes were out in full force at the park on Friday afternoon. I wrapped Clara up as best I could while she slept and she went home with no bug bites at all!

No shoes and a handful of worms. Pure bliss.
And he was even sent home with a whittled sword by one of his older friends.
What could be better for this little boy?
Not much I think

Had to pull over on Friday afternoon to take a picture of the rain falling down off in the distance. Such a neat thing to see.

Saturday:
Delilah made us fancy drinks for lunch on Saturday.

Cranberry lemonade wouldn't be my first choice, but it wasn't bad at all. Love seeing her desire for creativity come through.

Peter and Anneke were in town this weekend. The kids had so much fun with them!

Monday:
Had a special friend over on Monday and the kids lined up along the island to eat their snacks together

Card game with the kids

Out on a walk on Monday afternoon

Woodpecker Hotel

Lots of cute bird houses and such for the kids to find throughout the forest which kept them very entertained while walking.

Tuesday:
On Tuesday we moved our seedlings into some larger pots outdoors. It hailed approximately three hours later but it looks like the majority of them survived the hailstorm.
This will be all the gardening we do this year while we wait to see what God has in store for our family as we prepare for another move.
