In this past month Clara learned how to climb stairs. The first time we saw her do this was at church and then it took her a while before learning how to do the ones at home. Now she's getting up them every chance she has to try to eat the cat food or play in the bathroom. She discovered the toilet paper and loves to unravel it if she can get to it quick enough before we stop her
Thankfully she does also know not to fall down the stairs and will lay on her belly and swat the lower step with her hand. We've only had one tumble down the two steps so far.

Clara can stand on her own for 6 seconds and took 1 step a few days ago which made me screamed out of surprise.

She is super snuggly, especially when tired and will rest her head down for a few seconds before getting up to be busy with whatever playing she was doing.
She's about 28 inches tall and with all her motoring around she hasn't gained any weight this past month.
Still very sensitive to loud noises.
Gets excited when we take her toothbrush out.

I asked the kids what is something new they've seen Clara do or something they love about her and here are their responses:
Delilah: It's cool that she climbs up the stairs and it's cool that she knows her name when you say it and she looks at you
William: I love that she laughs and loves me. And how squirmy she is now
James: She likes to look out windows

About 3 weeks ago she suddenly got really clingy. I think the awareness of not being with Mom kicked in and that's what caused her panic. So often she's in my arms or in the carrier. Occasionally she'll play on her own and I try to not let her see me as once she realises we're not together she'll freak out again.
Clara can pull herself up on a flat wall and confidently furniture walks all over the place
No new teeth, we're still at the two bottom ones which you can spot in this photo
Favourite foods: Cheese, chicken, pasta, bananas, and blueberries.
And she loves water! I have to be careful how much I put in her waterbottle because she will drink the whole thing if allowed, and then throw it all up again.
