Clara was so adamant on carrying her own dinner plate to the living room - just like she saw everyone else doing. She did reasonably well and only dropped a chicken nugget

I was told it was absolutely necessary to take this photo. 😂 And so I figure that means it is also absolutely necessary that it has a permanent spot in the interwebs. 

And what would be a family gathering without a strength testing competition of some sorts? 

Late into the evening as people went to bed and the living room emptied out, Shelby mozied in and promptly jumped up on the lazyboy (which she knows she's not allowed to do), but it was Christmas and she is cute, so we let her.
