WWW: Dec 3-9

 

The boys had asked me for candycanes and I said I could get them when I was done doing schoolwork with Delilah, then I looked up from the table to see this teamwork in play, on a mission to reach the candycanes. 

The weather has been going back and forth between negatives and positives

Our church had their Christmas program on Friday evening

Another snowfall leaving the trees looking so gorgeous

Every evening feels just so cozy with the Christmas tree up. 

Our community hall had a potluck Christmas dinner which we were excited to attend. William won the grand doorprize for the kids. 

And Santa came in on a firetruck. Our kids were more excited about the firetruck arriving than Santa! Hahaha

After a busy day, both older kids were still awake at 10:30 and they each had came out of bed at the same time to tell us, "I can't sleep..." So Will read them a book to help wind down.

We had one of Will's co-workers and his family over for a visit and they brought these cute cookies

No snow on the trees here, but the snow-packed road and blue sky in the distance makes for such a beautiful scene.
