Aleana is a 20-something-year-old who lives in British
Columbia where one can find both her heart and home.
She spends her days living out her idea of a dream job as a stay-at-home mom and housewife to her crazy kiddos and hardworking hubby.
Aleana is a planner. She likes to know what is expected of
her and to know what is happening next.
She is the oldest of eight energetic children and
enjoyed photographing their wonderfully busy, unedited everyday life. Now that she's got her own growing little family she hopes to capture that same hectic essence in her own home.
Aleana likes to go against the grain and be unique sometimes
but likes to fit in and slide under the radar sometimes too.
When she was fifteen she fell in love with a boy, who turned
into a man, and then asked her to marry him. Young love is easy, mature love is breezy, getting from one to the other is difficult. But it's been nine years and they're getting along great.
Aleana needs her sleep during the week but mingles well at
weekend parties.
All-in-all she’s just your typical girl relying on God to get by in
this crazy world.
